FJN has built an enviable reputation for the supply and refurbishment of full TEMA shell and tube heat exchangers we are now proud to offer plate exchangers as well as other fabrications and services for the Oil, Gas, Power, Chemical, and Renewables industries.

We can offer full a mechanical and thermal engineering design service with supply of detailed drawings. As well as complete manufacture in compliance with international standards i.e. PD 5500, ASME VIII, and TEMA.

Our workshops are fully equipped with the latest specialised calibrated equipment used in the manufacture of shell and tube heat exchangers, particularly where accurate expansions into the tube sheets, with minimum stresses to both tube and tube sheet are a critical necessity to ensure total sealing of metal to metal interface contact.

We have full time experienced and qualified QA inspection personnel on the shop floor, independent to production, ensuring our manufactured products comply with our clients exacting requirements, ensuring the highest level of integrity for all equipment.  All materials used in the manufacture of our products have fully traceable mill certificates.

Supply Options

Our client base demands and expects the highest level of rapid service carried out to stringent requirements of the Health and Safety Regulations, to ensure down time is minimised and when required we have a proven track record in the industry, working 24/7, both in our specialised fully equipped workshop and on site.  We carry stock tube in various sizes and materials, to ensure prompt turnarounds and can obtain other tube sizes and materials from specialist stockists, usually in 2 days if time restraints dictate.
